We love it when you refer your friends to KARE! But now, you’re gonna love it too!

Introducing KARE Club! With KARE Club, you now have the potential to earn money, every time your friend works a shift with KARE.

So, what do you think? Pretty easy way to make extra money, right?

Each month, there will be a small number of shifts you will have to work to qualify for KARE Cash. Once you hit that minimum number of shifts, every time your Sidekick works a shift, you earn a small amount for that Sidekick’s shift, up to the total number of shifts you have worked.

So, here’s an example. Let’s say you have to work 4 shifts to qualify for KARE Cash this month. You also have referred Tamika to KARE, and she becomes your Sidekick. For this month, KARE may pay you, say, $5.00, every time your Sidekick works a shift.

Good News! You worked 6 shifts this month and your Sidekick, Tamika, has worked 10 shifts this month. Because you only worked 6 shifts, you will get paid for the first 6 shifts worked by Tamika, our $5.00 X 6 shifts = $30.00.

Had you also worked 10 shifts, not 6, you would have been paid $50.00 ($5.00 x 10 shifts = $50.00). The more shifts you work, the more of your Sidekick’s shifts you qualify for.

Now, here is where it gets fun! Let’s say you refer 15 friends who become Sidekicks, and let’s say you work 10 shifts this month, and your Sidekick list looks like this:

It basically works like this – if you work shifts on KARE and do a good job, and your Sidekick works shifts, and they do a good job, you get paid KARE Cash for shifts your Sidekick works on KARE. After the end of every month, that KARE Cash turns into REAL cash into your bank account.

Now there are a few rules we need to make clear:

1) If you cancel a shift that is supposed to start in less than 12 hours, and it was not authorized, then you earn no KARE Cash this month.

2) If you are a no-call, no show, then you earn no KARE Cash this month, OR next month.

3) If one of your Sidekicks has a low Reliability Score, none of that Sidekick’s shifts will count toward your KARE Cash until they get their Reliability Score to an acceptable level. We will notify you if their score is too low and you can help be their KARE coach!

4) If one of your SIdeKicks cancels a shift that is supposed to start in less than 12 hours, and it was not authorized, then none of that SideKick’s shifts will count toward your KARE Cash for that month.

5) If one of your SIdeKicks is a no call, no show, then none of that Sidekick’s shifts will count toward your KARE Cash for that month, AND the following month.

7) If your Sidekick is removed from KARE for not living up the KARE standards, then you can earn no further KARE Cash from that Sidekick.

Odds and Ends:

KARE will pay out all earned KARE Cash a few days after the end of each month to make sure all shifts can be verified by the communities.

KARE reserves the right to modify the KARE Club program at its sole discretion.

KARE Cash pay rates can fluctuate monthly. KARE will set the payment rates for different roles in different markets on a monthly basis.

If you are removed from KARE, then you will no longer be able to ever earn KARE Cash.
