Overview
This guide will help you navigate the “My Shifts” screen in the HERO app. Whether you are tracking your current shifts or reviewing past ones, this guide will show you how to easily access the details you need. From viewing active shifts to checking past shift statuses.
Navigating the “My Shifts” view
When you open the HERO app, it will default to the “My Shifts” view. At the top right corner, you will see a message icon that allows you to contact either KARE Support or the Community directly.
Below the title, you will find two tabs: Active and Past Shifts.
Active Shifts
In the Active tab, shifts are organized into three categories:
- Today’s Shifts – Displays your shifts for today.
- Action Needed – Shows shifts that require your attention.
- Other Shifts – Lists upcoming shifts that are scheduled in the future.
Past Shifts
In the Past tab, shifts are categorized by their statuses:
- All – Shows all shift types you have worked or not.
- Verified – Displays shifts that have been verified by the Community
- Paid – Shows shifts that have been paid based on verification, payment method, and star rating
